We raise cattle in Northern California. The beef we sell is guaranteed free of hormones and antibiotics. We raise all of our cattle on lush green pastures where they roam around freely to eat, drink, and sleep as much as they like. The animals we bring in for butcher are fed a diet of grain and grass hay for 90 days resulting in a nicely marbled steak with phenomenal taste.
We sell our beef by the whole, half, or quarter. We charge $7.50 per lb hanging weight. We require a $250 deposit per quarter and the final balance will be determined by the weight of each specific animal.
That price includes basic cut and wrap and ready for your freezer. We dry age hang our beef for 21 days for extra tenderness and flavor.
